Having problems deciphering the year and mod of this tractor .. think it comes up as being built between june, and july of 78
no decals on it ..got a 12 Hp Kohlor ,, trying to say it is a 127, but want to be sure ..

I feel somewhat like AW. Had a heck of a time getting my 782 running.. don't have or cant afford to get it in plowing condition , for lack of parts,equipment, and economy. I seem to have lost enthusiasm to pursue the idea , considering a breakdown would make me tractorless for the one I really enjoy...

I bit off more than I can chew..I was under the impression it was easy to do ..I have no means of being able to pay machine shop prices,so I guess I'm done until I can find a drop in replacement .

OK got a Kohler 17 Mag engine to make into a horizontal engine to replace the Kt series II that has blown in the 782. Does anyone know how to plug the place where the Dipstick is on the 17 mag ?
