Hood brace shouldn't be a problem because the 102 used the same hood as the 71. Ditto, I was thinking the same thing about the square tubing? 71,102,122 & 123...same sheet metal...or is the hood brace different on the 122/123? They're exactly the same. A 10 or 12hp will bolt right in without any mo...

Josh, are you trying to say it was just a bit rusty? :lol: To say the least! In hind sight I should have taken the 14hp from the 147 and cut the frame of my parts tractor to fit it. Problems I ran into include but not limited to: rotted dash pedestal, corroded wiring harness, fenders dented/pitted ...

I did what you're trying to do with my 147, except with out a creeper, for one of my pulling tractors. Easy bolt on swap minus the fact that my 147 had been sitting for 25 years before I did the swap.

I run a single disc with a three pin driver in my 14hp 1150lb class tractor. The only upgrade I did was adding a red spring.
