Dale, you are one of two people that have told me to sleeve the engine.. everyone else is telling me to get a new/used block. That the 241 does not like sleeves? ( i don't know that is why i'm asking.) Personaly i think this tractor has been beat and is just worn out, but they are so solid you can't...

Bought a 67, 102 doing a complete tear down, took the engine to one of our local machine shops that informed me it has already been bored 20 over. They suggested sleeving the block, but i have not found any info that says that it is a good idea?! Can anyone help with this?

How about anyone in tidewater working on, rebuilding, or restoring any of the cubs or the old engines?
