Re: Clutch
Could I have gotten a smaller drive shaft by mistake
I have a creeper gear installed ! I noticed that the clutch is not sitting in the center of the pins but closer end! The springs hardly fit on the pins.

Three pin drive plate ?
I am in the process of acquiring parts for a clutch change I am looking into replacing the 3 pin drive plate, the one on the 122 seems to be warped so I would replace while doing the clutch So the question are they all the same on a 108 - 122 Or are they different between 10 and 12 hp models? I am c...

Re: Creeper gear dissaembly
All back together now
For assembly he had to use the press again in order to get the o ring and clip but that’s probably cause at 80 years old he didn’t have the strength to push it by hand
Thanks to all for your invite and help

Re: Creeper gear dissaembly
After you get the big snap ring out from the front then the whole mess comes out all at once. There is an O-ring in there which is why it does not wanna move easily Ok he got it out thinking the 47 year old o ring was so hard it was holding up the removal. Had to use a little press and got it out Y...

Re: Creeper gear dissaembly
It’s step two got snap ring out and also got the oil seal out , not sure what we’re doing wrong Maybe we have to tap it out , or should it just slide out. Dosnt want to slide out, do we turn shaft a certain amount? It’s part 16 that comes out with shaft and bearing right? Then you can change bearing...
