Hope this helps someone. I used CLR in a rusty tank and it turned out beautiful. You could fill it with CLR, but I only filled a 1/3. Everyday I would rotate it 90 degrees. 1 week later it was good to go. Chris

Thanks Kevin. My 104 has a replacement K301, 13 fins. Is that the norm ? Are most 10/12/14 's 13 fin/. Is the 12/13 issue just with the 16 horse? Sorry for all the questions. Chris

Can someone explain the 12 fin vs 13 fin . Is one more desirable? Rare or common?
