Re: 127 with Haban

Yes, I agree. The red ones are pretty popular now a days. But we certainly can't cut the yellow and white out - my 100 is a great tractor. Now if only the wife hadn't scoffed it from me when its yard work time! You ever find your don't have enough room for that sickle mower - let me know, tha...

Re: There's always something in this hobby you don't have

Kevin, I was lucky to find one of these almost 2 years ago now. I have yet to get it running, just collecting dust in the garage. I need to find a new top piece for mine. Not sure if I can patch it up and reshape it with fiber glass? Does fiber glass bond to the old plastic this was made out of? Rea...

Re: Saved from the scrap yard

Nice Ray! Very nice!

I like that blower, don't see too many "H" models around, that's for sure. Great save, bet you left with a smile on your face after that cub pick up run.

Re: Diagnosing possible stuck valves

I am thinking I should be ordering up a service manual for these Kohler engines. I think that this is my problem. Will have to do some shopping for a few tools and then a gasket kit for the K241 and then get brave some Saturday morning! Appreciate your input guys! KSanders Your tractor still working...

Re: Diagnosing possible stuck valves

So the fuel pump solved your problem. So what would solve mine? I have the same symptoms as you have, but mine is on a Kohler in a 100. Don't think there is a fuel pump on them is there? If so, I am missing it! Mine is the same way, when it gets hot, it will not idle up at all, will run for the most...

Owns G.C. Hudson Supply in Brockville. Just south of Ottawa by about an hour or so. I didn't know he was into collecting Cubs too! This dealer isn't far from me!!! DARN IT! This is what is at the front of his shop. I should have put my glasses on and read the door on the truck, DUH! I think I will h...

I figured since the weather is starting to cool off and the nasty white stuff will be upon us soon, I should start doing some homework.
