Anyone have an idea how to remove this type of pto clutch? Soaked it for two days now and I don't see any type of retainer holding it from the outside ???

Thanks chzuck, I went out later today and checked it while it was cold and everything spun fine. Started it up and ran it around until it started to die. Everything on the mower deck still spins freely?

Hey everyone, The last couple of times I mowed the lawn with my cc 1200, it ran fine for about twenty minutes. After that it wanted to stall. When I disengage the the PTO switch it idles right back up and runs fine. Flip the switch and it wants to stall again. Only seams to do this after it is up to...

Maybe a shoe horn will help ? Most likely I'll pull the loader off which is not bolted real tight and pull the tires off then drag it out very carefully with the wheelhorse

Well it's been a little while but I finally got the hoses done with a few snags along the way. The only thing left is the seat pan which I have to get sand blasted then paint.And then I have to get it out of the cellar door

I did use the 2x3x3/16 tube.I think it looks a lot better than the 2x2 square tubing

Well I put the loader frame back on and started running the hydraulic lines.Have to make some cuts and weld the fittings in.
This is going to take a little time to do ( on and off ) and so on.

Well I got the dash done this past week and wired up. Hoping to get it fired up soon.Need to fill the rear end with oil.Can anybody tell me where I can pick up some hytran oil.Looked around a lot on Internet but didn't really find a spicific place to buy it.Lots of debate on what type of oil to use ?

Hey Dave C I found some vague prints for the brinly adapter online somewhere so I made one up. Don't know if I can use some part of it to hold some weights, really didn't think much about it yet. Starting to do the electrical now and then I am going to start on the hydraulics. If you or anybody else...

Hey Tom I have been wanting to something like this for a while. So I ended up getting the PF engineering plans.The plans called for 16 inch cylinders and they were on sale and the cheapest at the time at Dalton Hydraulics.The pump is a 4 to 8 gpm which was recommended. Maple hunter decals Dave, I think they were OK,but it was missing a couple. Other than that they look real nice. Have to go out and touch up a couple of things today and play with the mower deck. Thanks dave

Making some more progress. All square and welded up, also changed the bottom bucket mount to increase the curl, gained about 7" instead of 4"

Glass beaded the dash on very low pressure 20/25 psi to clean it. I ordered a set of decals on line and they did not line up. So I masked it all off and painted it, cut up the decal and applied what I needed and clear coated the entire dash. Took apart the gauges to clean them up and polish the lens...
