I had a Super with sloppy cast iron for the left steering knuckle. The top split bronze bushing migrated down to the bottom split bronze bushing. Nice 1586! :beer: We have a pair of 10's on the family farm. One Dad bought new. A year later he put mechanical front wheel assist on it for better traction while mulboard plowing. It is an Elwood unit which they get parts for by using the parts break down for an IH 3688- I believe.

Nice! Been there and done that on my first 2072. Had to grind the end of a new muffler pipe just like you after original muffler blew one end cap off. And replaced the gas gauge because the clear plastic was no longer see through. Did you go through Cub for the gas cap/gauge or elsewhere? Cub wants ...

Here is a couple of the 2284 with a Cub bumper and a Haban 325 deck. No ground engaging attachments. Oh, the boy was attached to it also. :lol:
