I have never seen EMT tubing, but 1-1/4" steel tube in various wall thickness is readily available. I refitted the shaft and bearings and the slight bend does not seem to cause any binding/tight spots, and I am not worried about the dent so I will leave with it as long as it doesn't cause any issues...
