Thanks for getting back,pulled the head and it was just coal black with carbon,any tips on where to get the full rebuild kit??

Just starting to on this engine,pulled the head and it's aluminum....the block i guess you call it is cast.Is this factory or something else?

Hey all,my1204's pto decided to stop working tonight.....hope it's just a wire thing lots of black electrical tape and such to go through,hoping it's not in the s switch.Any test to see if it is in the switch....

Good morning,my 1204 with the kohler 12hp needs a carb..person I got it from put a different carb and it needs replacing. Anyone got the correct carb for this engine?
