You can make an adapter section of wiring to go between the two wiring sections and not cut any of the wiring up. Below is how adapter is wired.

Re: cub 1215 drive issue
There are other number cubs that have the same tranny, I check craig's list and sometimes find them. When one of these go bad there is wear to shift keys and gears so buying new parts is out the window.

Re: cub 1215 drive issue
THe usual problem with them is wear in the shift fork in tranny, as wear gets worse it shifting forward to reverse has a lot of slop it will jerk, harder the jerk the more sign of the wear. About the only fix I've found is find a donor.

Re: Who built the super gear drive
Vince If I remember right he made a special part tp put on flywheel with a pulley made on it. I have a aluminum creeper I'm going to use in mine. Are you sure about a overdrive that would make it faster and you will already gain some speed by the larger tires, I was thinking about a 10% underdrive s...

Re: 3 speed input shaft
I have a 1535 tranny according to what I've read on this site they have the 30mm axles, to put these into a older cast iron case the axle tubes have to have the end of axles tubes bored to a larger dia. for larger bearings. So what dia. do they need to be and is expensive to have done going to use s...

Re: 3 speed input shaft
I saw a 10% underdrive on evilpay is this slower and whats a good price for one. Would this be enough to offset the 23" to 26" tire dia. difference? Looked these up on midwest cub looks like a bit to much cost for me. THANKS

I think the rear in my 1806 has a non-factory input shaft ( 3 speed transaxle) in it,it seems to run faster than it should, looked like someone had pulled with before I got. I don't know anything about these can you get one to make it run slower than factory want to put 26x12-12 on a tractor, so I w...

How rare are pto for 582's? I'm considering using a 16hp briggs in a tractor but motor I have dosen't have one, from what I've seen on pto prices this could be a reason not use motor? If it's very high will probaly just sell motor. Thanks
