Cleaned up the old tomato stalks from the tomato cages and hauled them off in the trailer, hauled some fish guts and slimey water off after cleaning a mess of crappie. :D You can see the smoke in the pic if ya l...

Cleaning up clutch plates
The clutch was not working very well in my 86 after I got it running so I tore the drive line down to see what needed to be done...The Clutch plates were in pretty bad shape after sitting up for 3+ years. I decided I would try and clean them up a bit. DISCLAIMER: Try this at your own risk. I am not ...

Re: The 86 is running again!!
I made the water mark with a transparent background, I then copy it and paste it into a new layer and adjust the opacity of that layer for the way I want it to look.J Hayes wrote:How did you get that water mark to show up in pic just above the seat ?

Re: Help with K181 Kohler
Goat I dont now if the 8hp is like the 7hp to set the air gap, but if they need adjusted, you may have to take them out and grind them. BUT The problem you are listing sounds like maybe some carbon in the guide or on the valve. Are you running the MMo in the fuel? Geezer or Paul B would be the ones...

Re: Mom said there'd be days like this......
I sure do thank you all for the help, info, and tips.. :notworthy: I found the coiled spring pins (heavy duty) cheaper at McMaster-Carr. I also found some compression springs there and if somebody knows the specs on the teaser spring, McMaster-Carr should be a source for those too. They a...
