Geezer still try the celofane on the front seal. Use a lot of oil to lube the celo and seal. I used this method all the time.

Geezer, I use a heavy celofane. Like the kind that is on a pasta box. A little thicker would be better. Rap the shaft with the celo and slide the seal over the shaft. Nice job on the tractors. I also have a set of Deestones and they are a good inch shorter then the carlisles. But they came on a tractor I bought. I would get a set of 350x8 triribs to lower the front but you might drag in the furow with that extra weight you have.LOL
