Lift spring assist questions ( narrow frame )

I've purchased rear lifts for both my 125 and my 122. I've installed the lift on the 125 and found a picture of the set up for the IH spring assist in this .pdf file http://www.ccmanuals.info/pdf/1A%20Tiller%20Operators%20Manual.pdf ( page 17 of 25 in the file) I've purchased a IH assist set up for ...

Re: which plow should I use?

Correct. But what I was thinking was to shortened all four legs, which would shortened the whole hitch. But you could do the way you describe. The main thing is to try and get the white vertical links in line with the lift bar from the 3 point lift. I will make mine 1" shorter. I talked to the shee...

Re: which plow should I use?

Jeff, Those plans you linked to are mine. The one thing I would have done differently is to shortened the yokes about an inch so the lift links would be more vertical with the lift rod from the tractor's 3 point lift. I think it would improve the lift. Other than that it works great. You're more th...

Re: which plow should I use?

Jeff, Either one should work fine. I like the shap of the Blount moldboard. It might roll the dirt a little better. If you were closer I would be willing to buy the Blount off you to compare to my Brinly's. What does the other side of the Blount look like. Just curios what the frog and landslide lo...

Re: which plow should I use?

Anybody? Does one work better than the other? Is the actual weight of the plow an issue?

Re: Headed Home tomorrow

Cal, It did my vacation good to see a new site rise up out of the oil and grass clippings of the leaky hydro of old. I'm BACK HOME! Got a message on the machine for a possible interview next week. Dang, gotta shave the vacation beard off. Good luck with the interview . Hope you're the one they want...

Re: Avatar Help

Getting closer trying to mess with the quality and size both. Almost there, it's just tiny. I'm humored by it, but think I know what to do now. I just used this as my avatar and it works :D ( I will change back to mine now ) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v78/JRD77VET/Triples/avatar/DSC03070av.j...

Re: Avatar Help

I just made an avatar of my 122 & 125 using "Viewing Booth" that came with my Lexmark X83 printer. I even downloaded the printer file just to use the viewing booth on my laptop  HERE are the drivers ( software ) for the Lexmark X83 printer right from the Lexmark website ( if you wish to use it ...
