I won't knock him for practicing precision on something he has just obtained for future use ..great that he has something to practice on before I order anything off him.( too late then if it is sized wrong.) :roll: ..Eating grippos tater chips still keeps him ugly though. :P .and he is known to slip...

Is that a coal truck in the back ground, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh the good old days I called them sleds when I drove my first one like that ..was a tandem just with the added axle actually too short framed. The next year I got a newer one to run, both of these had the old underpowered 549"s both two sticker...

I think both my 108'S had an extra engine to frame ground .... Short piece, from the grill surround to the engine bolt just under the front of the S/G. one was a flat woven wire ,( I think factory )...the other someone just made it I think . :dontknow:

Those set screws are pointed, and kind of clamp on the back edge of the bearing.
you will need to re thread the holes to hold the clutch on the bearing. Just hope you didn't drill them too large.
If you did some of us may have some parts clutches around .

BM That wouldn't work for me.... You see ,maybe every 150 feet or so I have to turn around.
Those used to work fine for a guy to open a field for plow days .
Kind a like a low tech GPS. :lol:
