Boiling Oil ?

O.K. it was over 92 here today and I had been mowing for about 2 hours. Before parking in the barn I decided to do the oil change. After getting over the shock of the plastic "gizmo" drain plug, I was shocked a second time because the oil came out boiling and bubbling into the drain pan. What in the...

Man that looks good! What more can be said, very nice looking 100, without the documentation photos the average person would say they were completely diff. units, nice job Tim  Seems like I've been getting the same paint mix Vince has from TLC, but mine was from NAPA, seems to have bugs and d...

I too have witnessed this kind of behavior towards elders and am appalled at what is apparently NOT being taught at home or in our schools...Every year while my kids were growing up we tried to find a community that will play taps at a memorial site. This year we are going to see "The Traveling Wall...

Scott, Thanks for your input, completely slipped my mind about how cautious and reserved you are with your loader  Jess, Thank you too for your explanation. If I'm only worried about a "little narrow and tippy" feeling on my 100 with the Mott (not real manhandling loader type work) then I shoul...

Glad you got it all back together. You will see AMAZING THINGS working on machinery that has been handled/miss-handled by John Q. Public. Re: Loaders are cool ( most of the time )

That is a major bummer... I've thought that adding duals on my 100 that has the Mott may improve stability on a slope that I mow several times a year. Since I have lots of little stumps and root holes on that hillside the Mott is better than a regular deck, but the 100 seems just a little "narrow n ...

And one other thing that I've seen as a former Ford truck mechanic is the power booster vacuum hose actually sucking the brake fluid out of the booster after it leaked past the seal between the master and booster and dropping it in the intake manifold so it gets burned with the fuel and air mixture....
