Well....I've got a chance too give the lil cub a going over..... Serial numbers confirm its a 52 model. Its missing a few original items that I'll hafta get but that shouldnt be too hard. Got several leads on a few parts tractors local so hopefully we can find one with all the options we're looking ...

Scott... Depending on what your neighbor wants too spend.....he could find an older walk behind gravely with a 30" mower deck and the kohler engine......these were also available in electric start. The guys on one of the sawmills and milling sights gave me alot of good info on chainsaws about 5 years ago when I decided too buy a new saw.......I ended up with a MS 361 stihl. Make a gin pole with two pieces of steel welded on that would sandwich on the cutting edge of the bucket.....then just add a couple chain hooks too the end or weld on some short chains that would reach the hooks you just welded on the bucket. Well....here's the good news and the bad news..... Good news: The M is now sporting the loader and it works great! I have already cleaned up 15 years of clutter and artifacts and antuquities which will get taken too the farm today. There's 3 trailer loads I'm hauling up on the hill and storing them ...

I might get some pics. of the big field at the farm but a wind storm has blown most of the cane over....we harvested Tommy's field at the cane mill and also the smaller field at the new farm...still have about 3/4 acres or so in the bigger field left. Just got a IH 2001 loader for my M!!!

Well...after looking for a good while, we finally found a loader for the M. It was listed on yesterdays tractors and just up the road from us so me and Jerry and Pappy took a ride and got it yesterday.......I cant wait too get it all hooked up and working...should be just in time for firewood season!.

I had some issues with starting on the super M.....I slowly went thru every connection on it and cleaned them all up and then used a product available at most electric supply house and I think Lowes even carries it....its called "Noalox" and you just put a dab on each connection and it will keep the...
