Not sure how the weekend is gonna pan out for my area.
Mid-month (12th-17th) is the most intriguing. Things seem to be lining up for a decent event or two.
Now you have only got me 5" of snow this season! You need to get me more snow

The wide tires looks to be your problem. Switch to the narrow ones and you will be a lot happier.
Now all we need is some snow.

It's hard to tell in that picture what you have for tires on the front.
But I have found the wide traditional tires don't steer real good on snow.
I usually use a narrow front tire, tri ribs or some people have used snow hog tires.
Hope that helps

Snow blower electric chute control motors
I ran across this. And thought maybe it could be useful.

I never really give seat motors a thought. I would think they would be cheap.

No snow for central Pa. Just a few light flurries last night. Strong gusts of winds through the night.
How are you guys further east making out?

Darryl I was missing one door and the other door the plastic window was missing. There is an Amish shop that does that kind of repair work. For what I thought was a reasonable price. So I had them make a door. I fabbed the metal door parts myself. I would just advertise in the wanted section and see...

But just being inside the cab. Does make a difference on cold days.

Gotta love them 149's in past years I have pushed a lot of snow with mine.
Just this past weekend I moved my 129 into the garage and out of the cold.
The cab does make a difference on cold windy days.

Sounds Like you got a super buy on that one! Diesels are hard to find and in demand.
One thing you want to keep an eye on, is the bolts that tighten the rear to the frame. They have a habit of working loose and if left go long enough. Can bust the aluminum rear.

But on some previous years we have had snow on the 5th. It seems to be a good snow date.
