Re: CARTER & GRUENEWALD COMPANY
Ken, I have a question for you as well as others on the site. I have a Woods front mount deck for the Cadet model FM 48 made for the 100 thru 122 series tractors. It is like new but want to repaint it and went to our local dealer and purchased part number 12701 Burnt Orange which is the only paint offered which is the new color, any suggestions of the old style paint? I see Cub's restored and the Woods deck are painted like this should be. Thanks.Dean

According to Woods, the burnt orange should be the right color. They used different paint suppliers over thier 60 + years in business. The new paint may appear to be way off when compared to an old machine, but its just faded badly. It's kinda like a the way IH 2150 red likes to fade out.
