Am in the final stages of a trimmer attachment for Cub Cadets, mounts like a blade, floats like a blade, raise and lower like a blade and is driven off the front PTO. More info coming soon.

Cool idea Dean, and looks very well designed and put together. How easy is it to use? Looks like to me manueverability might be an issue.

Re: All New trimmer attachment for wide and narrow Cub Cadet
Matt, Thanks for the complement. Here is some background, as a collector of Cadets add on attachments put these jewels to work so we have more reasons to enjoy the great them. That said I was ask to make a trimmer for a 129 to trim a complex which has chain like fence and junk setting around, so I did. It can be removed with 3 pins or the quick - tach latch after the belt is removed. By using the lift handle you can change the HOC from the seat, by using the front clutch to drive it you can turn on and off, all from the seat. So for the user that has long fence or schrub rows this will make the job easy. It is build well and a price less than any walk behind self driven trimmer. As with any trimmer on a tractor you will have some hand work unless you spend $$$$$$$. We can mount this on other mowers, let me know which models you would like assessed. I await any conversation on the product, good, bad and ugly. Thanks Dean
