New guy here

Post by 660driver »

Hey everybody! I found this site from a link a friend of mine posted on the Red Power Forum. I have a cub 125 with a '42 deck that I use for mowing but hope to expand its capabilities once I get her in a little better condition. I see you guys have pdf's available for manuals and would like to donate a few bucks so I can partake but I don't have a paypal account. I looked at manuals on ebay but they are all reprints and I havent had much luck with those for myself and dads IH tractors we farm with. Anybody know a good reasonable source for originals? Wouldn't mind a pdf either as I can print them off at home and control the quality. I have many questions for Y'all and am ready to participate in this community! I'm from Red Wing ,MN but my home farm is over by Zumbro Falls,MN. Any members near my area? Thanks for reading and looking forward to hearing from you all!

Tony

Welcome aboard the board.... Manuals on this site are FREE. But I'm sure a donation to help keep the place running would be accepted.

To make it easier

Operators:
Operators Manual 72,104,105,124,125.pdf
(5.17 MiB) Downloaded 174 times
Wiring:
125.pdf
(672.78 KiB) Downloaded 178 times
Service manual is also here in the manuals section. It's a larger file but it's a scan of the factory IH book. MTD keeps adding manuals and more even for the older IH built tractors as well. So if you don't see it ask, It may be out there.

Welcome aboard!

(Btw, you can expect a slow down in posting during the nice season; more people out on their tractors than inside...!)

Cheers,

Hey thanks for the replies guys! I will post pics of he 125 and probably a couple more tomorrow night. Beware though the ole 125 is rough so don't be too harsh! Glad to be here and hopefully y'all can talk me through getting it whipped into shape!
