Hello!
I've been snooping around here the last few days gathering a bit of info and figured it was time for a quick introduction. I've been wanting an older small tractor to play with (restore) for some time. I found one local to me and was using the gathered knowledge of you folks to help me along. I didn't buy the one that's local but it is an interesting piece.
Thanks for the info and I'm sure I'll be back for more. Great site you have here.

Hi Paris and welcome to the group! You'll probably find a great Cub close by. Keep looking and then share with us it's restoration!

Re: A Northern Ohio Hello
Hello and thanks for the welcome.
I'm attaching a few pictures of an Original that I looked at. It's a fairly low (2xxx) serial number. The guy also has a #1 cart he'll sell. Some original paperwork comes with it too. The lights...can anyone tell me if those are an Original Cub set up? There are a total of three lights. The two up front and one that is on the console to light up the transmission.
The seller is firm on his price and I'm trying to decide if it is worth it to me.
Thanks!

Re: A Northern Ohio Hello
lights and muffler are wrong, it's missing the hood ornament and the IH for the grill
however it does have the correct front axle and hard to find wire battery hold down. it is fairly clean original condition
