Checking in from south east PA

Post by soncjet »

Hey all... just found this site. We live just outside of the Hershey area, and while I don't have a Cub (yet?) , my son picked up a 74 128 about a month or so ago.

Pretty nice shape, it was a bit cosmetically challenged when he picked it up, but between the fact it was mostly complete, ran and stopped, came with a snow plow, mower deck, and mule drive... as well as wheelie bars and a midwestcub foot pedal... he got pretty lucky.

He plans to mow and plow snow with it, as well as maybe get into some local stock class pulling.

Since he got it, he stripped it down, degreased, cleaned, and repainted most of it. Not a resto, just a cosmetic refurbish... it turned out pretty good if I do say do myself.

I'll be sure to check out some of the other posts here, as we've run into what might be,a game stopper for a little while
