I purchased a 1974 1450 2 years ago- excellent condition. I have a few questions for the forum: it has a 48” mower deck that doesn’t seem to raise properly at the front- there is an adjustment on the threaded rod attached to the deck but it almost seems like the entire set up is wrong- the lift arms when fully raised , only lift the front of the deck a couple inches. The rear is fully raised though. Also, is there a muffler add- on availabile to tone down the exhaust note a bit - it’s got a real bark to it when throttled up. Fantastic tractor though. Great forum here- glad to be on it!

The deck is a 44”. The hanger is also broken. The price in the middle should be straight maybe a broken weld? Or ?

Yeah the portion to the center looks all out of wack. Post some pictures once you get it off the tractor.
