Jacobsen did. They built for Ford and Oliver as well. They also built for Minneapolis Moline, but that was before they went to shaft drive. Their Gear drive shaft tractors used the same drivetrain as the Cub Cadet 1100, 482, and 582 special. Their hydros used an Eaton pump and a Peerless cast iron transaxle. They also had High/Low range on the hydros. I believe JD used a similar setup on some of their tractors. The High/Low also had neutral which made it nice to move non-running tractors around. They were a well built machine and were probably one of the first to use a foot pedal hydro control.

Case also had the hi,low, neutral rear end on their hydros, and their pump connects directly to the engine, and runs hoeses to the rear drive motor.
