One more is never enough
So I came home with two!
First is a pretty clean 1450, appears to be low hours but the problem is the motor is locked up tight.
The second one is a 100 with plenty of PO mods, but it does run.
I dont think these are IH wheel weights, does anyone know what they are?

I think Paul Bell is looking for a good QL you may be able to unload it on him, LOL Those weights look heavy!

I'm pretty sure that is Minneapolis. A lot of their part #s started with RT which I think would indicate they were used on a model R tractor.

The 100 is my favorite, the QL not so much but one man's haul is anothers man's parts tractor.
Did you get a tiller with the 1450 also?
The 1450 starter many be stuck,so it looks like a good starting point!

No, I didnt get a tiller with this one but i do have a tiller that may find permant duty on this machine!
Yesterday (or it might be the day before (you can blame my time travel issues on Vinces Moonshine)) I put gas in the 100 and fired it up and took it for a spin. Pretty rough, needs a lot of attention (maybe 3 bolts to hold the motor to the frame for a start) and went through the gears then parked it.
On the 1450 I had previously pulled the head and the bore looked good so i was confident that the piston was not stuck. So today I pulled the motor and put it on the work bench and figured i would tear into it until i found the problem. After the tinwork was off it was time to remove all the mouse remnants. After that I was ready to pull the flywheel so I put a puller on it, put some tension on it and when the flywheel came loose from the crank so did the locked up issue. Turns out there was about 1/2" of corrosion between the flywheel and the bearing plate. I think that mice and aluminum dont get along well together! I will put it back together tomorrow and see if I can get it to run
Actually I am thinking that the 100 will be a parts tractor and the QL will be the worker. I know

Dennis, I did go east with them, that is until I ran out of money for Diesel.
Actually the 14 horse does run, now I am going to put it back in and mow and see how well it does run!
