I don't know if any of the vendors have reproduction handles but they seem hard to make. Here are some pictures of my mod for the handle. Expect to pay over $200.

Just make slot part 3/8" and drill pin hole and cut slot

If you don't have the creeper slot(mid 1962) that is the correct way to install the creeper hole.

I know that but i mean in geezers third pic it looks just like a hole not a slot.
And if its just a hole how do you put it in high and low.

I have repro handles here for 45.00 and I have frames here with the factory slot in it if yours dont have it you may want to keep it because those early frames with no slot are getting hard to find

The Original Danco instructions gives the dimensions for the !' hole and shows the gromet.

I have only seen one other Original with the 1" hole and it didn't have the gromet. I have seen some real butcher jobs on this installation
