Interesting idea. Are you having custom decals made to go with it or sticking with the blue?

Chris-

That was very "fatherly" of you getting her a tractor. She is such a sweetheart too.

I'd like to know how you got everything done in such short order. I know she had to be around your feet while working on the cub.

You might want to start looking for some fenders. I think that, and maybe a pink trailer of some sort would really set it off. It is parade ready as it sits now though.

I can imagine her in 15 years or so as a highschool student in a parade riding a tractor that's 40+ years older than she is and rebuilt by her father. There are a lot of parents that have introduced their "youngins" to cub cadets. The parents ought to arrange a meeting time in about twenty/thirty years for these children of theirs to meet (with their cubs). I know of two other pink cubs in existence and I'm sure there are more. I don't have children of my own but I have two little buddies that will be getting (nonpink) cubs from "Uncle Wayne". They are the children of the son of a good ole high school buddy of mine. They come to see me and we ride cubs for hours.

Great thread!

Turned out even better than expected I think. One of the better custom paint jobs I've seen on one and a nice storyline to go along with it. Parade worthy

Beautiful job, only thing missing is her name painted on it. That would be the finishing touch.
