Nice find!

what size allen wrench fits into the 2 pulley set screws on the pulley in back of the unit?

I need help because mine in installed and need to replace belt. My full set of US measurement allen wrenches do not have a match-i fear it might ne metric set screws?

It's not metric...either you have some worn-out allen wrenches or there's dirt or rust in the hex that's keeping the proper one from fitting. Or it's stripped.
