123 hydro relief valves

Finally got my 123 started today and now relief valves are stuck down so she won't roll. All I know to do is pull em out and give em a good bath. Not that familiar with hydros so curious if anyone has any other suggestions. It did roll before I got it started and not sure if there's any connection? Would also note that it has new HyTran and the correct filter. Thanks
