Bryan I think there were many different lighters as i think IH would buy them from different suppliers but they kept all of them under the same part number. My parts book only goes up to the 147 but even if they changed the part number for the 169 they would put what ever pop in that was available on the day of manufacture.

Bryan, The only lighter I recall seeing in any literature is the black knobbed version you pictured below. That being said I have also seen one like you have, and in a 169 too.
