Picked up a 102 this morning below Birmingham:
Haven't been on the "Cub" Trail in a while and it felt good to get back in the "hunt"!
And then this 104 in the Northwest Corner of the State, Tuscumbia, AL:Haven't been on the "Cub" Trail in a while and it felt good to get back in the "hunt"!

Thanks Tim, seems like back in the old days there were quite a few Tim's on here. I don't get on near as much as i used to. Here's a couple more pics of the 124, couldnt believe how good the condition of both seats were on these Tractors.

That's what I call a good day. Very clean. I'd love to be driving around looking for yellow gold in AL. Life is good.

Re: Hit two Homeruns Today (Cub Cadet Style)
Since you mentioned seats, I have a question about the hard rubber seat.
Last week I picked up a 100 that had that style seat and fenders on it. I didn't think it was correct and he gave me the old pan seat as well. My question is were those seats and fenders optional on the 100 or did someone just put it on there?

Good find Tim.
The rubber seat was used only on the 102. A 100 would have had a steel pan seat.

The fenders on a 100 were an option and should be round, not the "square" ones.jchristensen wrote:Since you mentioned seats, I have a question about the hard rubber seat.

Nice tractors.

Not as nice as the first two but picked these up Monday night in the large metropolis of Prospect Tennessee! I'm getting thick with Narrow Frames again.
