Any thoughts on how to straighten these back out? Heat and persuasion?

I doubt you'd need heat for those. Pry them straight with a good size adjustable wrench, pipe wrench, small pipe to slide over it, vice grips, channel locks... any of those would probably work.
From the first Original to the last x82 Series... you can't beat an IH Cub Cadet!!!

All I want to add to Kevin's good suggestion is holding it in a vise or clamped to a table/workbench so you only bend where you want.ksanders wrote:I doubt you'd need heat for those. Grant, I have one of those laying around for a WF someplace, you can have it if you want it but I'll need to dig it out of the pile
