Will Kohler K482 fit in frame of 982/1872-2072?

I just got a Cub 982 which needs a replacement engine. I have a good running Kohler K482 that I would like to use if it fits. Anyone had any experience adapting a K482 to the Cub 982/1872-2072 frame? And while I'm here, does anyone have a power steering unit and rear pto that fits a Cub 982? Thanks.
