Interested in hearing and seeing how some of you have dealt with a rusty pitted pto handle on a restore?

Thanks Lew. It's pitted quite a bit and I was hesitant about paint, but that may be my only choice.

greg
first off welcome back!
if you look around hard enough you can find shops that will re-crome parts i had all of the crome done when i did my 169 126 and 105. the nicer the parts the lower the cost to have them re-done. if it was me I would find a nice clean one and toss the one you have….
