International Manuals

Post by Jlaws »

Scott ,
I've got several IH manuals that I'd like to share with CCC members if possible .
The problem is that they're in paper form ( books and manuals ). I don't have anything on disc .
Among some of the manuals I've accumilated are :
Manuals on F cubs and 42" Woods mower , TD6 manuals including engine shop manual ( same 6 cyl. diesel engine was used in some of the larger IH tractors ) . I've also got a Briggs opposed twin service / repair manual used in 582's and 1606's .
I don't own a scanner and was wondering if I could mail them to you if your interested and have the time . I'd eventually like them back for my own library .
The reason I didn't PM this request is :
#1 I don't if the email is working on this site and , #2 there might be other members that have manuals they'd like to share .
Thanks , Jess
I see a lot of cub cadets while going down the tracks , its a shame I can't pull over and ask about them .

Jess,
Thanks.
At the moment, I do not have any way to scan serious stuff. But, If anyone wants to scan or send me scanned material saved in .jpg format I would gladly take it!
I still have a bunch of stuff to upload yet, some IH stuff too.

I also have not forgotten those who have sent me offers of stuff. I have to sit down and review what I have and what I need, now it starts to get a little harder.

Scott,
Keep in mind that many of the manuals are available from MTD in .pdf format.
May be a way to save some bandwidth? Just post the link to the MTD manual archive.

Of course it doesn't hurt to keep a copy for the eventual day they stop!!!
