New shoes for the 126
Finally got around to installing a creeper drive on the 126 workhorse. Rebuilt the clutch, put on some fresh bettery terminals, and slipped on some new shoes.

Tires look great! Did they mount up pretty easy? Dave

Not for me they didn 't. Mashed the fire out of a finger using screwdrivers and a tire spoon. Ended up trading out some welding service for a neighbor to mount them with a machine.

Re: New shoes for the 126
It's sad what some people will do to avoid a little work. Probably wouldn't have been much harder to take the shaft out right than to do that to an innocent tractor. When I got it the 'pins' were 1/4" soft bolts. Also had an extra hole in the shaft, drilled right through the original one.
