Larry, Try regular old toothpaste. Worked for me, but there are products made for that, I'm like you, I suffer from CRS. can't remember.

Larry,
this stuff works great too and you can get it at most good hardware stores or mail order houses such as Brownells.

Is this to clear up foggy or milky hour meter covers? Just making sure I'm understanding this right because I have a few that could use a good clearing up.
From the first Original to the last x82 Series... you can't beat an IH Cub Cadet!!!

I put a little toothpaste on a corner of the paper towel, and rub rub rub. toothpaste has a mild abrasive in it and it will clear the foggy lens. I scratched my watch lens pretty bad, and gave it the treatment, the scratch is still there, but invisable.

Just about any fine polish will work. I have used Mothers mag & aluminum polish and Blue Magic metal polish and had
great results with both.

I very carefully took mine apart and made a new lense from plexi glass cut with a hole saw.

Use a clean soft cotton cloth when using polish, paper towels and shop rags can leave scratches. Guy's also use steel wool on the windshields of fire trucks to polish up the glass before parades, I've never tried it but it seems to work great on the trucks.
