582 Cub Cadet

Post by jdudding »

I went out to mow with my 582 Cub Cadet and went to turn on the PTO and the engine about died and the charge gauge went way over to discharge. I checked the voltage with no load and it is 14 volts so I checked the stator voltage and the best I can tell not easy to get into that plug its got around 25 volts coming from it. I was wondering if anyone would know what voltage the stator needs to be putting out? Thanks, Joey.
