Crap.....I never made a generator hook up to my panel. They r saying 12"+ for my area with high winds. I guess I will get the cords out. I have 4 snow fighting items in the army. Jacobsen walk behind, 127, Kubota, and the boys. I think this is what we all look forward to.....

How much did you end up getting? We got about 15" here in Lee Center.

Hard to say- I measured 16 on the roof of my car but in other places it was up over my knees.
The 126 kind of let me down, it ran fine for the first half hour then started sputtering, hunting, and belching black smoke as though the choke was pulled almost all the way out which it was not. I do know that the carb was totally crusted with ice, it just seemed to be running very rich. I ran it another twenty minutes or so like that till I had enough of that and finally parked it and shut it down. Have not gotten back to look at it since. That said the little 102 never skipped a beat, and it did more pushing in one day than it has all Winter. There was little space left without my thrower machine and with no snow at all by the house before the storm it's packed up to the window sills now.

Sounds like you got pounded. We were spared here, but to the south of us, there have been reports of 2-3 feet. I went to my Dr. in Utica,NY and the snowbanks in front of the office were 6 feet high.

Well it's that time of the year again. Looking at next weekend, in the north east, it might pay to have your snow equipment ready! At least a blade! I just finished removing the leaves so the equipment gets swapped this week.

Way down here in the Deep South they close the schools with just the threat of snow. It did snow on Dec 8: 4-6 inches in places. Biggest snow since 1982. They closed the schools.

ARE YOUR PLOWS AND THROWERS READY FOR THE 2018-2019 WHITE GRASS MOWING SEASON?

Here is an interesting weather forecast video that suggests equipment better be in good order.
