So I replaced the clutch plate and the driveshaft and put in new clutch springs and throw out bearing , put all together
But now I can’t get it to disengage! I tried adjusting the throw out bearing but it still stayed engaged. Anything i need to be doing that I have not done right?

Could I have gotten a smaller drive shaft by mistake
I have a creeper gear installed ! I noticed that the clutch is not sitting in the center of the pins but closer end! The springs hardly fit on the pins.

I believe the after market cutch I got is to thick, I a new one ordered. Thanks for all your help ccs!

Yes. Your after market clutch disc is too thick and is not allowing full disengagement. Also, with the anti chatter springs ramped up slightly higher they will likely contact against the installed clutch cover. Another issue with the after market discs is the holes for the three pin driver are too small and the disc will bind on the driver, it must float freely. Been there done that. A good example right here of why I veer off from most all after market items these days, they often are not exact reproductions. I'd check your driver pin locations as well, they do seem to be pushed too far back and should engage the anti chatter springs quite a bit more than that. A driver center bushing that is too tight after replacement will cause the same issue as well, these tend to collapse slightly when they get pressed in and .002 or .003 clearance is perfectly acceptable for them.

Ok so I went ahead and got another clutch from ccs and installed it! So I can get it to disengage but I have to pretty much bottom out the foot pedal for that to happen. I installed the anti raddle springs on the inside and they fit ok
I have adjusted the throw out arm as far in as I can go and it hits the steering gear housing .
Is the a sleeve that goes on the throw out bearing at I am missing?

You never said what model?
Is it possible the wrong arm is being used? Did you rebuild or buy a rebuilt assembly? Are the washers all in the correct locations per the manual for your model?

Yes it’s a 122 I think
But I am going to order a throw out pivot block and pin
The holes are elongated so that the last thing to change
