Cub 1215

Post by Jprin123 »

I bought this cub 1215 for $50. It goes in reverse but only will go in forward once in awhile. Any idea where I can start. The drive belt seem kinda loose. So I will probably start there. Any advice would be high appreciated!!! Thanks so much!!!!!

Sad to say, but if the belt doesn’t fix it, it’s a parts tractor. The rears in those are not servcable. I have one here (1610) with similar issues. I’ll save the seat, hood ornament, the Briggs is good, so it will hit craigslist for 50-100$ and the deck spindles. The rest will be crushed to make 5 more of the new ones.
