What gauge of wire was used on the Originals? There is not any wires on it now. :dontknow:

I’ve made harness from 14 gauge I believe the factory used 16 gauge. Battery cables would be thicker, think 6 or 8 gauge. If you have nothing, it might just be easier to buy a complete harness. Last I looked they where between 50-100$

Joe, I don't know if Mike LaMar is still making them or not but I testify his harnesses are faithful reproductions that are clearly marked and priced right.
His contact information is listed in the Our Vendor Parts New and Used. You will find it located toward the bottom of the page. An outstanding supplier who will ship fast.
