Picked up a few nice pieces at the last local auction. A 402E sickle, 125 with hydro unit and sleeve hitch, 125 no motor but has hydro unit, and a 106 with creeper and 36” snowblower.  Also a couple of nice looking tillers. Sickle bar needs a little welding but looks all there except for the 2 belts. I haven’t been able to find a size anywhere, just part number from the manual.

There was a time when purchases such as yours were quite common, these days not so much any more. You did good! More than enough parts to round out one really nicely opted 125 for sure. I envision a sickle bar hydro lifted unit there and would go with the wide rear tires. While the seat on the one is not stock I like that too. The 106 with creeper would make a good tiller machine.
I'm not a fan of the 36" throwers though, with them your always tracking directly in the snow. Will be interesting to watch this evolve!

Thanks, that was my plan. Fix up a nice optioned 125, the 106 could go on tiller duty or sickle. I have a narrow wheeled 71 that can use the blower but have better options for that duty. Orange loader tractor with cab and heat. Yes. I have options.

Wow!! A couple of ultra rare items on that trailer . Good finds ! Those zig-zags with the NF hydrolifts are rare to find and that haban sickle is also a very rare item . You really scored at that auction.
I see a lot of cub cadets while going down the tracks , its a shame I can't pull over and ask about them .

Great haul, Tim!  Hey lack of engines aren't a big problem, getting the hydraulic lifts in such great shape is the big win!
