OT tractor

This is just like the old coffee shop, which was like the old coffee shop down the street. Pull up a chair, sit down and enjoy some good discussions. Please, no political, religious or racial posts.

OT tractor

Post by vince_o »

Well Ive been looking for one of these for a while. Friend called me a few weeks ago and said he had one for sale. Jackie rebuilt the eng, and has 3pt on it. We had a blast shooting the breeze today. Marc, Scott and I left at 7 and didnt get back till dark. Scott ended up with 3 ccos and I picked up another WH for a friend. Thanks to Robert, Jackie and Bob for finding this for me.

I had one of those, RJ-58 if I 'member right. First garden/lawn tractor I ever bought. Didn't run when I got it, didn't run when I got rid of it. Had a couple more wheel donkey's before I was convinced I just needed to have Cub Cadets. Front wheels/tires always looked to me like they were too big on the early WH's, but for something with a rubber band drive, they are good little tractors.
May you always have as many landings as you do takeoff's.........

Mike

You know the camera adds 10 lbs!

Paul

Took it for a stroll up to the horse pasture, turned around and its going in the shed. It will be pulled out maybe one more time when the boys get home, then it will stay in the shop. The only reason I bought it was cause of the pic of my Dad. Othe than that Im cub till the death!

Vince,

I see you have an Allis Chalmers under the shade supervising your projects. :D

Yep its on loan from Super Dave out in Iowa. For some reason it showed up here. It needs some TLC I hope to start on it, Id like to run it around a bit before it leaves on its next trip.

Vincent my boy, what you gonna do with those "O's" you have on that trailer ? I'm down to 10 CC's , not counting my 2160, and probably have room for a stray or three !
