Day two, Eric and Dale came back, this was one heck of a busy weekend at the farm, in addition the driveway is graded and the entire back of the big barn now has paint!

That is an amazing "recovery". Please do keep the pictures coming.

The wood used on the barn to fill in where the 1/2 lap siding was rotted came from crates that Aaron's dad i believe salvaged except for the 4x8 on the right corner. The 4x8 was placed to provide extra rigidity where the recycled original post in the corner had been cut and scabbed onto and to help with structural integrity against the prevailing Ohio winds.
A lot of shimming had to be done for the firring due to a leaning and slightly twisted wall. When i left Sunday night we had just gotten the last piece of siding on leaving just the corner trim to be cut and fit.
With the 2072 and belly grader blade i built a few years back i leveled the driveway and filled a swale near the crest of the hill at the two posts by the fireplace.
Both Dale and I decided we couldn't leave Aaron alone to do that job without help. What are friends for right?

Looking good guys , keep the pictures coming .
Of course I'll get to see it in person in a couple of weeks .
Aaron , I've got 2 pieces of 4 X 8 treated plywood that either 5/8 or 3/4 thick that leaning against my garage .
I need it gone .
If i bring them at PD will you take them off my hand....I'll just throw them on the trailer and park my cubs on them .
I see a lot of cub cadets while going down the tracks , its a shame I can't pull over and ask about them .
