No injuries but it was a total loss. The pictures I saw were not pretty.

I didn't realize that. Not that it matters. I don't care for Charlie after some of the crap he's pulled, but I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

I had an apartment fire when I was first in college. I didn't loose as much as some people do in fire's but I still miss my senior year book. It's not a fun experience for sure.

WOW!! See it a lot. Never been through 1 personally( knock wood) only from work. If you never had 1 yourself you cant imagine the damage. Not even fire damage but water damage.

Yea, I'm confused. Who is Charlie Proctor? The BBB shows CC specialties owned by Rusty Mcfarland. And a link to the fire shows the owners as RUSTY AND CHERYLE MCFARLAND.

There's no mention of Cub Cadet made in that article. I would think there should be.
My memory can be pretty lousy sometimes however I do recall several years back getting a couple of rather disturbing and strange Emails from some guy calling himself that regarding a rather unique item which I had placed in the For Sale section of this Forum. Since then, I offer items for sale to members of this group only. Later on, I placed a fairly large order with them and it all shipped correctly and promptly however I was to learn afterward I had overpaid for one of the items. That same item was selling new on Ebay for 35 dollars less. However, that was a let the buyer beware type of thing.
