The tractor will start and run with clutch engaged or in neutral. When I put it in gear in starts to die, similar to the safety switch under the seat. Any help on where to start to trouble shoot is appreciated.

Is there any wires near the gear selection or on the hydro connection that may get pinched

I had some Arien's and they have something in their electrical system that causes that problem. I never had the problem but it was a small round electrical item that I could never figure out?
