replaced hitch pins
The project for today was to remove all the hitch pins that connect the supports of the loader frame and replace them with nuts & bolts. Never did think of this before, and just accepted the movement in the frame of the loader. Once all the bolts were in place the rigidness of the entire unit was definitely noteworthy. Upon tightening the rest of the frame I scooped up a few buckets of dirt, incredible difference in the overall firmness of the tractor. All the swaying that was normal when using the hitch pins was replaced with the solid feel of a tractor that was ready for a day’s work. The tractor was my 2072 with a kwik-way loader
