Boom and bucket is Johnson. Stanchions are copies of the originals.
Pump is PTO driven although I never shut it off.

The only thing I did to the Johnson for the 149 was pull it all from the scrap pile at the Cub dealer then make the stanchions and pump mount. The boom and bucket are all original as were the original stanchions. It was made for a 147nand I didn't want to modify them so I copied them for the 149 and hung the originals in the barn until AW needed them.
The loader on the Ford is a Massey Ferguson. I had to make the front mount, rebuild the boom cylinders, have the spools for the valve repaired and build the bucket and mounts. I would have been better off waiting to find a Ford loader but could not see that logic at the time I started.
The cutting edge came from a local supplier. I ordered the steel and had a customer shear and brake the pieces.
